V2 at first glance.
Left it alone for a few hours, come back, V1’s “calendar” is better. V2 is easier to read but it’s poor design - no association with existing objects, boring as a poster hanging on the wall, not as eye-catching, lack of vertical separator also create confusion when first timer read it horizontally across rather than up + down. V1 all the way.
