This is a problem I’m having with @vodafone_de rn, they overcharged my bank account €459.21 so far…
for services I did not authorized or signed up for.
Right now, after we sign a contract and give them our IBAN no., they can do whatever the fuck they want! How will web3 change that?

@mishadavinci @vodafone_de Right now, we signed a contract and give them our IBAN number, and they can charge whatever extras they want! In a future with smart contracts, this shouldn’t happen anymore!
@mishadavinci Interested to hear what you think about fraudulent or unauthorized charges. Right now, @vodafone_de is sneakily charging their customers add-on services that we did not authorize, like “Vodafone Music” for €19.95 a month! My bank won’t stop them, and I’m out €459 already!
