eg. the part on Subqueries. This isn’t an easy concept to grasp, even for intermediate SQL users. Before you learn the syntax you need to really understand why! Why do you need to use a subquery?! The way it was taught in the course probably confused everybody who’s new.

Refreshing my data analytic skillz with the Google Data Analyst course. If I was a total beginner, I would be so lost! They just skimmed through the topics, jumping from one to another. So far… I would not recommend this course to anyone.

@LefterisJP LOL! It’s kinda funny when we don’t watch TV anymore and missed out on info like these. I was lucky I turned on the TV this morning when making snacks for my kids, they talked about it so I was prepared.

@cabel @bfod Ah… that reminded me. Everybody had TI’s, but I found the design ugly and bought a Casio instead. Loved the look, and learning to program the quadratic equation on it without any help was fun and rewarding.

All these Twitter drama makes me wonder: does Elon manage SpaceX and Tesla like this too? If so why hasn’t it blown up like Twitter? And if not then why is he doing this to Twitter?

When I moved to Japan in 2009, I didn’t know anyone except my boss. I went out to events and used Twitter to connect with people. @Twitter enabled me to stay connected with my new friends and I was able to connect with so many awesome people b’coz of it.
