@SchorLukas My exp is that the key is not which framework to use, but to help your team drill down to a low enough, day-to-day task, which directly affect an obvious-for-all-to-see metric (that align with the company’s high level goals. (Your job)).

@BriannaWu It’s amazing how many grown men don’t have the “soft skill” of communicating amicably with other humans!

And “soft skills” is another “women’s thing” dismissed by toxic masculinity. @HarvardCenter Jack Shonkoff proved there’s nothing biologically different in “soft skills”.
