I wish there was an alternative e-book store + reading device to compete with Amazon + Kindle. Horrific UX that we’re all forced to get used to.

@kocienda This is an important mindset to have as a product person. No matter how your workplace is structured, you need to focus and be responsible for how your product will work end-to-end.

@SchorLukas My exp is that the key is not which framework to use, but to help your team drill down to a low enough, day-to-day task, which directly affect an obvious-for-all-to-see metric (that align with the company’s high level goals. (Your job)).
