Herding 3 young kids, 1 of them sick, through Deutsch Bahn for 3 hrs, just to be told we have to come back again tomorrow or make a new appointment! That’s cold.

(The security guards tried their best to talk for us. They felt for us, as fellow human beings do.)

I’m sure your staff working there are nice, and I’m sure if I could just talk to them, they would understand. But unfortunately all phone lines to passport services are stopped due to COVID (why?). How can they serve the people when there’s no directly communication?

@ThatcherScharpf I typing this sitting by the hotel bed, where my son is sick and sleeping. As a dad taking 3 young kids coming from Stuttgart by train, I felt so defeated when our train was delayed & the passport service wouldn’t let us in…
