People seem to be shocked at how the rich “use” people from the #EpsteinFiles. Years ago when I got near the top echelon one of my first realization was that to the rich, the rest of us are just numbers. No different from cattle and machines, to be used and killed for their benefit.

Zwei Monate später bekomme ich plötzlich eine Rechnung – völlig aus dem Nichts – also musste ich den Kundenservice anrufen, um das endlich zu klären und richtig zu kündigen. Ich dachte, das Thema sei erledigt. Und jetzt? Jetzt bekomme ich ein Inkassoschreiben über 44,62 €!
Ernsthaft, Vodafone? Ihr habt’s vergeigt, aber ich soll dafür zahlen? Wie verkommen ist das bitte? Ihr schafft es, Kundenverträge so undurchsichtig zu verstecken, dass niemand sie finden kann – und schickt dann die Leute ins Inkasso, wenn sie euer Chaos aufräumen müssen.
@vodafone_de Ich habe meinen Handyvertrag gekündigt – und der Apple Watch Vertrag („Smart Tech M Flex SIMonly“) war an genau diesen Vertrag gekoppelt! Ich darf gar keinen separaten Datentarif für die Watch alleine eröffnen. Ich hätte ja gern, aber das geht technisch gar nicht!
Dieser Watch-Vertrag hatte keine eigene Rechnung, er war Teil der Hauptrechnung des Handyvertrags. Also erklärt mir bitte, wie zum Teufel es sein kann, dass nach der Kündigung des Hauptvertrags dieser angehängte Vertrag einfach weiterläuft?!
