Another advantage of hosting on the cloud is that when u go down, many other go down with you… and everybody gets an unplanned vacation.

airline cancelled it for me, now they had refunded ￥57K yen to @HIS_tcc but HIS wouldn’t refund to me ‘coz it’s “company policy”! :(
well this sucks… I bought a tix from Osaka to HK from @HIS_tcc Osaka office after the quake. Didn’t use it. Called the airline to cancel..

a friend here once told me, many companies in Japan are zombies co., undead, stuck, cannot get out of vicious cycle. Sounds familiar…
