airline cancelled it for me, now they had refunded ￥57K yen to @HIS_tcc but HIS wouldn’t refund to me ‘coz it’s “company policy”! :(

well this sucks… I bought a tix from Osaka to HK from @HIS_tcc Osaka office after the quake. Didn’t use it. Called the airline to cancel..
